Please note that your travel and accommodation expenses are not included in your conference registration fee. You are responsible for booking your own travel and accommodation. To book your accommodation at the Marriott click here.

Conference fees are waived for Honeywell Users’ Group Steering Committee members and confirmed customer speakers only.

Credit card
We would very much appreciate your payment by credit card. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard and American Express (AMEX). 

Once your registration has been processed, an invoice with a credit card receipt (if applicable) will be e-mailed to you with full confirmation of your registration details.

SESP Training Match Fund
Customers with current SESP Contracts may designate the use of Training Match Funds to pay the conference registration fee. Please choose Training Match as the payment option when registering or contact your Honeywell account manager.

Terms and Conditions
If you find you are unable to attend after registering for the Honeywell Users’ Group Conference, you have several options:

• Cancel your registration – you may cancel your registration completely on or before October 1, 2009 and receive a full refund less 200 Euros administrative charge. Please e-mail Kristin.Tharp@honeywell.com. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received from October 2, 2009 onwards.
• Transfer your booking to a colleague – one replacement per registration is acceptable and must be confirmed in writing to Kristin.Tharp@honeywell.com no later than October 22, 2009.

Questions regarding your invoice
After your registration you will receive an invoice from Honeywell Process Solutions, Lisbon, Portugal. If you have any questions regarding your invoice please contact ana.ferreira@honeywell.com

Bank details
