Honeywell established the Service Advisory Council (SAC) in 2000 as a forum for customers to help shape and ensure Honeywell’s service offerings add value for all customers. Recent SAC-promoted enhancements include annual support agreements, such as Solution Enhancement Support Program and Parts Management, and remote service offerings.
The SAC includes more than 70 customer members, representing the varied geographies and industries Honeywell Process Solutions serves. Members participate in the following forums:
