What is Online Support?
Online Support replaces Solutions Support Online (SSOL) allowing customers to access all notifications, product documents, software patches and updates, and customer specific information on the Honeywell Process Solutions website.

How is Online Support different than SSOL?
SSOL information was accessed through multiple web site interfaces, which offered limited capability for searching, sorting and filtering information. Online Support consolidates all information in a single web site interface where information is organized more consistently.

Why is Honeywell moving from SSOL to Online Support?
Based on customer needs, the new site offers improved content, navigation and consistency with the Honeywell Process Solutions web environment. Customers required improvements in their ability to sort, filter and search for information, including advanced search capabilities.

What’s new on Online Support?
In addition to the name and the new look, Online Support offers improved search, consistent organization and navigation, enhanced presentation of data, ability to filter and sort information, and the ability to bookmark by saving pages to favorites.

If I currently use SSOL, will I have to reactivate my account when the new site launches?
No. The same login procedure applies for Online Support. There is no need to reactivate your account.

For current accounts, is the transfer to the new site going to be seamless?
Yes. Logged-in customers will see the Support tab at the top navigation level. All product support information will be available under this tab. Support information specific to your account can be found under My Account tab.

Is there new search functionality on the new site?
Yes. full text search (part of Advanced search) is a new functionality on the site. In addition, the user can specify search scope so that the search can focus on support, marketing or parts information.

How can I learn to use the new site?
Visit the Training page for more information.

Are book sets an additional navigation tool?
Yes. The most current Knowledge Builder book set navigation is available.
