Honeywell offers several products to improve and manage operations, production and performance.
Batch Tracking
Batch Tracking monitors continuous plant production operations and generates information, which represents a batch operation view. Other Business FLEX® applications augment this batch view with related quality and process operations information.
BizCalc Manager
BizCalc Manager is one of two calculation tools for Uniformance PHD. BizCalc Manager handles aggregation and summary calculations, such as fiscal and calendar level time aggregations. The other calculation product is Advanced Formula Manager (AFM), which is part of the Uniformance product line and is optimized to handle high frequency calculations and large numbers of complex scientific equation calculations. These two products can be used together or independently.
Business Hiway
Business Hiway offers comprehensive support for integration with SAP R/3, including certified interfaces, as well as providing adapters, or generic web services for integration with other ERP and supply chain management systems.
Event Monitoring
Event Monitoring software detects, records, and communicates operating events in a process plant. Event Monitoring is ideally suited for keeping watch on operating events that cannot be tracked with traditional control system alarms.
KPI Manager
KPI Manager, Honeywell's real-time performance management solution, is an ideal tool for summarizing and analyzing production performance. It includes applications for on-demand data retrieval and powerful information management features.
Lab Data Integrator
Lab Data Integrator (LDI) software application integrates data from any laboratory information management system (LIMS) into Honeywell’s Uniformance® system, and provides enterprise-wide access to lab data.
LIMS
Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is a modern laboratory information management system designed especially for laboratories in the process industries.
Lot Tracing
Lot Tracing solution helps users identify all inventory and subsequent processing transactions that involve a particular raw material lot. The vendor lot number identifies the material transfer lot in an inventory location.
Operations Management Pro (OM Pro)
Operations Management Pro is a suite of tools that draws from the Operations Management and Advanced Alarm Management tools to provide comprehensive limit management, and best-in-class work practices for establishing and honoring safe operating limits.
Operating Events
Operating Events helps protect plant uptime and safety by reducing losses caused by ineffective alarming.
Operating Instructions
Operating Instructions manages targets for process plants, mines, and mills, and improves coordination between planning staff and the operating department with a uniform, structured way to enter and activate the plan.
Operations Logbook
Operations Logbook is a software application for operators and others to keep an electronic record of what happens during a shift. It's ideally suited to help with a smooth shift handover, and to enable an operations department to coordinate its own activities.
Operations Management
Honeywell’s Operations Management products help improve operations and plant performance by systematically setting and communicating operating plans, monitoring process data against limits, and highlighting priorities on deviations. The Operations Management suite includes Operating Instructions, Operations Logbook, Operations Monitoring, and other products, working together.
Operations Monitoring
Operations Monitoring is a software application that systematically monitors process plant performance against targets and limits, and highlights problem areas. It also helps to determine causes of downtime and production inefficiencies.
Production Analyst
Production Analyst manages information about plans, production and performance of the supply chain. Manufacturers can develop benchmarks to facilitate synchronization, optimization, velocity, agility and knowledge management of a continuous manufacturing enterprise supply chain.
Production Control Center
Production Control Center provides integrated tools for information management that are designed specifically for the oil and gas industry.
Production Balance
Production Balance automates yield accounting activities and eliminates the need to rely upon potentially inaccurate instrument readings to determine feeds, yields, and inventories.
Production Logger
Production Logger is an electronic log to record Operator’s comments and generate the morning report.
Production Run Planning
Production Run Planning software application translates production budgets and schedules into targets for comparison against actual performance. This product was withdrawn from sale effective April 2006.
Production Specification Management
Product Specification Management (PSM) provides a central repository to manage product specifications. PSM is useful to determine the most limiting specifications, and to associate new operating conditions with new specifications.
Recipe Management
Recipe Management stores and downloads recipes, including formulations and operating targets.
Tank Composition Tracking
Tank Composition Tracking is Honeywell’s solution for calculating the makeup (by component) of mixed inventory locations and for understanding the component content of streams moving out of those mixed inventories.
Well Test Manager
Well test control, logging and reporting – Well Test Manager is a web client/server application that interfaces with Uniformance PHD/Oracle and the automation/SCADA system.
Workcenter
Workcenter provides graphical displays, trends, searching tools, and a framework to organize a wide variety of information from many different sources. Workcenter displays are viewed in a web browser. Data sources include other Business FLEX applications, PHD and other process historians, and third party products. The same HMIWeb technology that is used in the Experion system is used to build Workcenter schematics, and displays build for one environment can be migrated to the other.
