Directly linked to our global project methodology, our global project engineering processes reduce errors, eliminate rework and improve productivity by enabling project engineers to share tools, processes, engineering standards and best practices globally.  This covers all aspects of design - from application development, systems and instrument engineering, front-end loading, field and remote engineering, and project lead engineering; to business optimization applications, batch applications, advanced control interfaces, modular systems, plant information systems, and safety systems.

With more than 2,700 engineers and designers delivering solutions worldwide through a globally linked network of more than 50 design centers, Honeywell Global Projects Operations consistently and safely executes complex projects.  In addition to engineering facilities at all the same locations as integration centers, Honeywell has a regional engineering “Center of Excellence” called the Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab.  This group has operations in Bangalore and Madurai, India; Shanghai and Beijing, China; Minneapolis, Minnesota and Phoenix, Arizona, USA; Singapore; and Brno in the Czech Republic. 

The labs continuously enhance expertise in mission-critical technologies in the controls domain for project and new development work.  Specifically, the Bangalore team includes more than 3,000 employees in world-class facilities with software and communication infrastructure to support projects around the world.
