Manageability is Honeywell’s pioneering automation co-sourcing offering that addresses customer constraints of technology obsolescence, skilled personnel and capital. ManageAbility accelerates and sustains automation benefits for companies by establishing a customer/Honeywell collaborative service arrangement focused at driving those measures of greatest importance to the customer. This solution eliminates constraints in traditional automation supplier-manufacturer agreements and raises customer key performance measures to previously unthinkable levels.  A joint team comprised of Honeywell and customer personnel identifies areas of improvement, and targets them with applicable solutions utilizing Honeywell and third-party technologies. Honeywell’s compensation is directly tied to the success or failure of performing against the customer identified business measures.
