A: Typically, requests for service involve application troubleshooting, product technical information, new installation assistance, configuration help, application enhancement, software migration assistance and technical tips.

Q: Is installation of upgraded software included in Benefits Guardianship?
A: No, but Honeywell offers optional services that include software upgrade installation and customized training on new functionality.

Q: How does Benefits Guardianship differ from the traditional Honeywell SESP program?
A: Honeywell’s Solution Enhancement Support Program, also known as SESP, provides support for Honeywell control system software. Benefits Guardianship is modeled on SESP, but is intended specifically to provide assistance and support for advanced applications.

Q: Are there advantages to purchasing both SESP and Benefits Guardianship agreements?
A: Yes. In addition to receiving greater overall coverage of both systems and advanced applications, additional benefits are available to customers of both programs. A: Similar to conventional software support programs, Benefits Guardianship support is based on a percentage of software list prices and is renewed on an annual basis. Whenever possible, Benefits Guardianship and traditional SESP are combined into a single customer support contract, allowing for easier contract management and quicker customer response.
