Q: How are Honeywell’s Site Support Specialists different from Productivity Engineers?
A: Typically, your Productivity Engineer’s daily work is focused on achieving the agreed upon results. His role is primarily pro-active, while the full-time Site Support Specialist takes daily work direction from you and is often reactive.The Site Support Specialist will work closely with your existing Productivity Engineer to ensure that you obtain the full benefits of technology.

Q: How does this solution relate to my existing service contracts, such as SESP and Parts Management?
A: The Site Support solution is not a replacement for SESP, but rather an enhancement to that program. Additionally, it is not a replacement for Parts Management or other service contracts, but rather a complement to the delivery of those services. Our Site Support Specialists can, at your choice, assist you with the implementation and maintenance of your existing or new service contracts.
