With Honeywell’s Parts Management program, you do not have to balance the cost of maintaining a spare parts inventory against the risk of process downtime. We work with you to ensure that you have the parts available to maximize system uptime. You can save substantially by cutting inventory and reducing your exposure to risk.

With Honeywell’s Parts Management program, Honeywell—not you—owns the spare parts inventory. You make no capital outlay for spares. In addition, we manage the spare parts for you so you don’t bear the expense of obsolescence, while you gain the advantage of greater uptime for your control systems and your plant.

As part of the program, Honeywell helps you evaluate your needs, based on historical trends and failure statistics for all system components, and we establish an initial benchmark for the spares we carry on your behalf at your site, and in our bonded warehouse stock. As a result, you’re able to get precisely the spare parts you need, right when you need them.
