Honeywell LETS features one of the most powerful reporting systems in the industry.   Starting with the basic report types, users can employ the "filters" in the LETS Analyzer to create reports for literally thousands of different combinations of machines, parts, and operators.

Report Filters
The LETS Analyzer allows you to filter the results for any of LETS's reports by machine, part/tool, and/or operator.   For example, let's say that you would like a report showing the specific reasons for downtime for Machine 1 when it runs a series of similar parts.   You would first select the Downtime Summary report, then select the dates and shifts that you would like to analyze, set the Machine filter to "Machine 1", select the appropriate parts from the list under the Tool/Part filter, then select "All" under the Operator filter.   If you're satisfied with the content you can also save this report in the Analyzer to run in the future.

Custom Reports
Each LETS installation also includes a copy of Crystal Reports Standard Version.   Crystal Reports is the industry standard reporting package for creating reports from a database.   With Crystal Reports, LETS users can create their own customized reports in addition to the standard reports that are included with LETS.

There are seven basic report types:

OEE Report    (View Sample)
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a "best practices" way to monitor and improve the efficiency of your manufacturing processes.   OEE uses three factors - Availability, Performance, and Quality - to assess the overall effectiveness of each piece of equipment from which data is collected.

The Production Summary    (View Sample)
The Production Summary report shows an overview of your entire factory's production for the specified time period.

Downtime Summary    (View Sample)
This report lists the reasons for machine downtime, along with the number of occurrences, and the elapsed time attributable to each reason.   The report also has a pie chart to graphically display the downtime reasons by elapsed time.

Downtime Pareto Chart (View Sample)
This report lists the reasons for machine downtime sorted by number of occurrences, with the number of occurences for each reason displayed graphically in a Pareto chart.

Job Detail Report    (View Sample)
This report shows downtime, piece counts, efficiency, and other information by job.

Event Log    (View Sample)
The Event Log Report shows a time/date stamped record of every event that occurred at the machine during the selected time period.

Changeover Report    (View Sample)
The Changeover Report tracks the changeover time from every part, to every other part, in every machine. The report shows the longest, shortest, and average time for changeovers.
