Portable Samplers Land based

The portable HERMetic samplers are designed for closed gas tight sampling of liquids or chemicals, which present a fire, health or air pollution hazard. The gas tight construction of these units avoids a pressure release from the tank and exposure to fumes during operation. The equipment is designed and certified for use in potentially explosive areas. The broad range of HERMetic samplers covers the needs of a variety of applications. All samplers are designed to be connected on 1", 2" or 4" vapour control valves. Each type of sampler can be fitted with a specific sampling bottle permitting zone, spot, running or bottom sampling.

Portable gas tight sampler for closed operation with liquid transfer

The HERMetic Sampler GTX Chem is dedicated to applications where closed sampling is required and a sample of approx. 0.5 liter of liquid is needed. The transfer of the liquid from the sampling bottle to a laboratory bottle occurs by overpressuring the upper chamber of the sampler with a pump.

The HERMetic Sampler GT is dedicated to applications where closed sampling is required and a sample of approx. 0.5 liter of liquid is sufficient:

Sampler GT is available in two versions:

• Sampler GT with FKM gaskets recommended for non-corrosive liquids
• Sampler GT Chem with FFKM gaskets recommended for corrosive liquids

The HERMetic Sampler GT4 is dedicated for closed sampling of liquids and where more than 0.5 liter is required in one single operation. Its gas tight construction avoids a pressure release from the tank and exposure to fumes during sampling operation. The transfer of the liquid from the sampling bottle to a laboratory bottle occurs by opening the transfer valve at the bottom of the sampler.
