MXProLine™ is Honeywell's CWS primary automation system platform. It is a modern platform that operates on a standard Intel Pentium-based PC in the Windows operating environment. MXProLine measurement and control solutions are widely installed on the following rubber processes:
MXProLine supports the full breadth of sensor technologies for the rubber industry, including:
MXProLine sensors provide a variety of on-line quality measurements, including gum weight, total weight, thickness, sheet width, wire cord count (ends per inch), cord spacing, cord diameter, edge to first and last cords, calender roll position and top/bottom coat balance.
MXProLine profile control systems include advanced application support such as predictive/adaptive algorithms, automated mapping utilities and live on-screen tuning. MXProLine offers exceptional flexibility, scalability and customizable features that consistently meet or exceed customer requirement. MXProLine also supports a full range of standards-based communications capabilities for complete integration of process information and control with both Honeywell and external third-party systems and devices.
MXProLine is a member of Honeywell's Experion® Process Knowledge System (PKS) family of systems. Experion is a scalable architecture that controls, monitors and integrates complex processes in many types of industrial settings. It provides the tools needed to avoid incidents or respond intelligently to incidents that diminish asset availability, profitability and productivity. Honeywell’s Experion architecture allows customers to manage knowledge faster and easier to realize measurable results.
