The following recommendations apply when determining what collateral to distribute to customers:

• Brochures provide the highest-level overview of the product.
• PINs are high-level descriptions of product features and benefits.
• Specifications contain details of product capabilities and limitations. Give customers the PIN with the Spec, or just send the PIN. 
• Service Notes describe Honeywell's project services.
• Solution Notes show how combinations of our products and services fit customers' needs.
