Production Tracker is an advanced application for registration, review, monitoring, and analysis of material movements, without multiple entries of data. Transactions include material receipts, shipments, blends, unit feeds and rundowns, tank-to-tank transfers, additive additions, and water drain-offs.
Production Tracker reduces the effort required to reconcile and account for changes in inventory, helps guard against material downgrades and shipping errors, and eliminates multiple entries of movement data.
Operating personnel, schedulers, and accountants can easily and intuitively enter the movements of material whenever and wherever they occur, monitor their progress, and review past movements. The Explorer-type view presents movements referenced against equipment with familiar names.
Production Tracker also provides user-specific views of the inventory and activity data. In this regard, it is a key component of Honeywell’s scheduling solutions. The operations scheduler can use Production Tracker to enter activities or capture and display activities generated by a scheduling application.
