Spring-loaded assembly ensures positive metal to metal contact between bulbs and well, providing improved heat transfer and vibration endurance. The bulb is easily installed or moved through the head without disconnecting head or well.
To reduce the effect of lead wire resistance between the RTD and instrument, platinum RTD assemblies are always supplied for use in three-wire (copper) systems but can be used in a two-wire manner if the application permits.
