Honeywell conductivity technology helps measure, analyze and transmit valuable conductivity, resistivity and concentration information in simple and complex industrial processes with a complete line of analyzers, transmitters and conductivity cells.
4905 Immersion/Flow Thru Mounting
The 4905 series cells are superior for all-purpose applications. Constructed of PES for high corrosion resistance, 4905 series cells will provide continuous, reliable measurements at temperatures up to 140°C and pressures up to 250 psig. The 4905 series cells are also available with a quick disconnect option. This option gives users the freedom of only changing the cell (not the cell and cable) after the initial wiring. This eliminates the bothersome, time consuming process of wiring the cell to the analyser.
4909 Ball Valve/Insertion Mounting
The 4909 Series cells include a ball valve in which the cell is mounted. This allows for the cell to be removed form the process without having to shut down and drain the pipe or tank.
4973 Flow Thru Mounting
The Model 4973 Series cells are constructed of PES for high corrosion resistance and are supplied with titanium or graphite electrodes, and will provide continuous, reliable measurements at temperatures up to 140°C and pressures up to 250 psig. The Model 4974 Series Sanitary cells use a 4973 cell and can be mounted in sanitary piping installations using industry standard tri-clamp flange mountings. The 4973 series cells are also available with a quick disconnect option. This option gives users the freedom of only changing the cell (not the cell and cable) after the initial wiring. This eliminates the bothersome, time consuming process of wiring the cell to the analyser.
Conductivity Cells - 5000TC Toroidal
The Model 5000TC inductive magnetic field cell sends an alternating current of known value through one of the coils, the primary coil. No direct contact is necessary between the coils and the solution, thus eliminating potential maintenance problems.

The APT2000 continuously monitors sensor and analyzer electronics and immediately displays diagnostic information at the onset of a problem.

DirectLine Contacting Conductivity Transmitter
For contacting conductivity measurement the DirectLine transmitter modules can be mounted integrally or remotely with DL4000 conductivity cells.

Honeywell's extensive line of DL4000 conductivity cells is compatible with the DL423 Sensor Module. These cells are ruggedly constructed for reliable, continuous measurement of electrolytic conductivity up to 140ºC and 250 psig.
