Q: What are the BRC product specifications?
A: BRC supports up to:

  • 10 blenders
  • 200 flow controller streams (40 per blender)
  • 300 pumps (40 per blender)
  • 150 property analyzers (40 per blender)
  • 960 materials (40 per blender)

These values may be subject to AM memory and processing limitations.

Q: What are the BRC system requirements?
A: BRC has the following system requirements:

  • LCN Software Release 530.2 (or higher)
  • GUS Software Release R110.0.3
  • Microsoft® Windows 2000
  • BMA Common Module Components

Q: What are the related modules of the BMA solution?
A: Blend Property Control (BPC) can provide recipe downloading, automatic stream selection and advanced blend optimization to reduce component cost and property giveaway. BRC blend data is integrated into Uniformance via the Blend Management application for blend reports and archiving. With the Storage Data Management (SDM) module, BRC can automatically update the blend destination tank property information. If the Task Monitor Module (TMM) is installed, automatic blend task creation and monitoring is available. With the Task Control Module (TCM) and Path Finder Module (PFM), the field equipment in the paths from the component tanks to the blender and from the blender to the destination can be automatically lined up.
