Q: Are reports pre-configured in the Batch Analyst system, or do they need to be created individually?
A: Batch Analyst includes pre-configured reports for common activities including procedure reports and equipment utilization. The reports can be further configured to meet site-specific formats.

Q: Can process trends for an executing batch be compared to historical results?
A: Yes. Batch Analyst provides a trend tool to compare a running procedure to past execution results or to a golden procedure execution.

Q: Can a Batch Analyst system support more than one batch server?
A: Yes. Batch Analyst provides support for multiple batch servers with a single event processor.

Q: Is process event information available in Batch Analyst?
A: Batch Analyst supports Batch History, Continuous History and Experion PKS Alarm and Event History.

Q: Can a procedure be designated as a golden batch?
A: Batch Analyst allows the user to designate any batch execution as a golden batch.  The golden batch can then be compared with other execution results or with the currently executing procedure for comparison and analysis.

Q: Can material overcharges and undercharges be tracked?
A: Batch Analyst provides a standard report to track material usage over a user-specified time period. This includes details on each batch execution and summary information.

Q:  Does Batch Analyst require Uniformance/PHD?
A: Batch Analyst leverages the Uniformance PHD system for continuous history.
