Honeywell’s Procedure Analyst provides advanced information management capabilities to achieve business optimization and improve process performance for Procedural Operations and Batch Automation. Improving procedure consistency and repeatability, Procedure Analyst combines comprehensive reporting capabilities and graphical analysis tools to identify process problems and quality issues. This includes advanced tools to easily compare procedure executions and comprehensive records to determine the root cause of deviations for continuous process improvement.  

Procedure Analyst provides configurable reporting and built in analysis tools for post execution analysis and comparisons.  Examples include comparing execution history across startup/shutdown procedures, equipment changeovers, grade changes and batch executions.  This information is easily accessible for determining the cause of deviations for continuous improvement and management of change.  Procedure Analyst works together with Honeywell’s Experion PKS for Procedural Operations or TotalPlant Batch for Batch Automation.

Procedure Analyst allows for early indication of process problems, including a comparison of key variables between executing procedures and golden procedures. Operators receive the right information to effectively control the process and ensure quality specifications are achieved. Additionally, deviation analysis can be easily performed by comparing the details of procedure executions for quality assurance in a post-execution environment.
