Mobile Productivity

Honeywell's Mobile PKS technology extends access to critical process information, historical data, graphics and other key functions beyond the control room. Embedded within Experion® PKS, Honeywell’s Mobile PKS technology enables engineering, operations and maintenance personnel to capture process data directly from Experion and field devices, as well as validate and share accurate data at the point of collection. Using a handheld device, process and asset information can be extracted, viewed and processed where the data resides, enabling more accurate and timely decision-making.  The Mobile PKS suite of productivity solutions include: Field Advisor Mobile Station DocuMint Field Entered Data (FED) application Handheld access to process data allows users in the field to view the latest plant information while on the move, significantly enhancing operational performance  This data is useful in identifying failures and causes that may previously have gone unrecorded, and can open the door for further investigation of a system’s reliability.
