Users Group Americas Registration

Register for Honeywell Users Group

Journalists and industry analysts interested in attending Honeywell Users’ Group, please send an email request to Brian Chapman at brian.chapman@honeywell.com.

Conference Registration Fees

  • $995 US fee for registrations submitted before and including May 16
  • $1,195 US fee for registrations submitted after May 16

Conference registration fees are per person and include conference participation, materials, meals and specified social events.

Breakfast for registered conference attendees, spouses and families is included in hotel rate during program dates and is available from 6:30-8 AM in a designated conference meal room. Lunch is provided for registered conference attendees only.

Please note that your travel and accommodation expenses are not included in your conference registration fee. You are responsible for booking your own travel. Hotel accommodations should be booked through our registration form or online registration site.

Payment Options

Fees are payable by credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) or you may request an invoice to pay by purchase order, money order or check.

Customers with current SESP contracts may designate the use of Training Match Funds to pay the conference registration fee. Please choose Training Match as the payment option when registering.

Customers with current OptiVisionSubscription Services contracts may choose this as a payment option when registering. These customers would opt to use some of their help desk hours to pay for their conference fee instead. For questions, please contact Wim Vranken at wim.vranken@honeywell.com.

Once your registration has been processed, a receipt will be emailed to you with confirmation of your registration and payment details.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend after registering for the Honeywell Users Group Conference, you may exercise one of the following options:
  
Transfer your booking to a colleague – One replacement per registration is acceptable and must be confirmed in writing to margarita.ceballos@honeywell.com no later than June 3.

Cancel your registration – You may cancel your registration completely on or before May 16 to receive a full refund. After May 16, a cancel fee of $350 will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please contact margarita.ceballos@honeywell.com if you need to cancel.
