My Shopping Cart

Shopping on-line has never been easier with the tab navigation shopping cart. This interface will allow you to see where you are in the shopping process and when your order is ready to be placed (See: Checkout for additional details). In addition, many key features are just a click away, like “Retrieve Quote”, “Save As Quote”, “Empty Cart” and much more.

Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart will display all the items that have been selected for purchase during this session. If a Shopping Cart has been loaded from a Quote, then it will display all items selected during that session. In addition, this view will also display line item information about the items you are about to purchase. You can remove items one at a time by selecting the “Del” link or all at once by clicking on the “Empty Cart” Button at the top.

In some cases Parts will show Custom Attributes such as Custom Item No., Custom Part No, Requested Ship Date, Shipment Code, Commercial Invoice and Invoice text. These are fields that can be updated on the Shipping Cart view.

Payment Options

Payment Options view is where a payment type is selected for an order. For more information on Payment Types see “Order Type Help”.  To complete certain types of order, you must have a valid Purchase Order number and your account information readily available.

Shipping Options

Shipping options enables you to select how the order will be sent to the shipping address. You can select a predefined shipping address or add a new shipping address. Additional addresses can be defined such as Freight Forwarder, and End User Information.

They can pick the Shipping method, Freight Term Users can specify if they want to be notified when the order ships, shipping and packing instructions.

The user can also indicate if they would like their order to ship partially if parts are delayed for any reason.

Checkout

Once the items, payment options and shipping options are selected, the user can go to the check out tab. If there is any error with any of the selections the Checkout tab will not becoming enabled and will require the user to review the Payment and Shipping options for errors.

Place Order

After the Checkout view has been reviewed and is accurate, then click on “Place Order” button to complete the order.

Continue Shopping

At any time during the process of an order a user can click on the Continue shopping tab to add additional items to the cart.
