A: The Honeywell Project Services group provides Project implementation support, and lifecycle support is delivered by the Honeywell service organization. These groups are organized geographically and have local capability in most regions of the world.

Q: Who can provide cyber security for this solution?
A: Honeywell Project Services can help you design and configure an overall network, including the important considerations of cyber security. There currently are hundreds of Honeywell installations using this technology.

Q: How would my users get trained on a Honeywell Crop Science solution?
A: Training is provided via our service organization. Training schools can be found in most areas, with courses conducted on a scheduled basis. Courses are provided where the number of students justifies on-site training.

Q: When does Honeywell get involved in a solution project?
A: The earlier Honeywell becomes involved in a solution project, the more that can be made of the benefits. It is normal for our engineers and consultants to be involved with customer personnel at the conceptual design level for a new system or a system upgrade.

Q: What operating system technology does Honeywell use?
A: Honeywell uses Microsoft Windows technology in a client/server configuration.  Industry standard server and workstation hardware is used in tested combinations.  Cisco technology is used for communication.
