Honeywell established the OptiVision Advisory Group in 1998 to collect customer feedback on product functionality, suggestions for product enhancements to new OptiVision releases, and training and support needs.

With customers from the Americas and Europe, the group represents the interests of all OptiVision installations covered by Subscription Service Contracts.
