Business FLEX
Business FLEX® offerings improve plant profitability by enabling plant staff to work more effectively and make better decisions. There are five categories of Business FLEX products designed to enhance productivity.

ERP Connectivity
Honeywell’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products integrate ERP systems, such as the SAP system, with Honeywell’s Experion™ Process Knowledge System (PKS). This establishes a robust, bi-directional integration link to ERP systems to synchronize enterprise business systems, such as order entry and fiscal accounting, with process plant operations.

Information Management
Collaborate across the entire business enterprise with Honeywell’s Information Management products. Increasing visibility across the supply chain and utilizing advanced planning will transform islands of process and business data into valuable, collaborative information. Information Management products enable process organizations to share valuable knowledge with all stakeholders, facilitate and manage important data transformation tasks systematically and efficiently, and provide a common database and interface for that data.

Performance Management

Planning and Scheduling
Advanced Planning and Scheduling aligns production planning with corporate objectives, prepares an optimal plan, transforms the plan into a production schedule, and establishes operational targets for meeting that schedule.

Production Management
Management products improve collaboration between supply chain planning, production planning, and site operations by capturing production plans and schedules, communicating approved activities to operators, and enabling efficient collection and validation of actual production information.

Supply Chain Management
